Transfer the following verbal description into an ERM

a) Authorities (Auth-ID) have procurement cases (Proc-ID), which consist of certain line items (Line-#), the single procurement positions. Procurement cases of several authorities can also be summarized.

b) There is a hierarchical classification system of product groups (PGroup-#); each product group is assigned exactly to one super group. Each line item is uniquely assigned to a product group.

c) For public procurement cases, there are a number of registered suppliers (Supplier-#) for each authority, whereby a supplier can be registered with several authorities. Suppliers make offers for certain line items.
