Fees, Services & Payment

Program fees

• The Vienna Spring Programs are run on an exchange basis, i.e. students do not pay tuition fees, but rather a program fee for the services offered to international participants in the program.

• Please note that accommodation is not included in the program fee. Students who are accepted into the program will receive accommodation suggestions, including special prices and promo codes. 

• The exact fees for 2027 will be announced in due course. 

• Please note the following cancellation policy: 

  • If students cancel their participation until April 15, 2027, the International Office reserves the right to withhold a service fee of € 250.

  • If students cancel their participation after April 15, 2027, the International Office will not refund any portion of the program fee.

Services

The following services are included in the program fee:

• Course and course materials

• Use of WU's infrastrcuture (e.g. library)

• Participation certificate and grade transcript

• Public transportation ticket within Vienna for the whole program duration

• Lunch in WU's cafeteria on lecture days

• Selected cultural and social events (see here for more information)
