Undergraduate program fee and scholarship

• WU recommends the payment via bank transfer to WU's bank account. Please effect the payment within one week (at the latest by May 6, 2016), as international money transfers may take some time. Find the bank details in the acceptance email.
  

If a bank transfer should not be possible, payment can be effected via credit card by submitting the required payment form within one week (at the latest by May 6, 2016) per email to the ISU^WU program manager, Sarina Gludovatz.

WU only accepts payment from the following credit card institutions: Master Card, VISA, Diners Club, American Express and JCV. There is drop-down field to fill in the credit card institution.

Additional Information

Please note: The fee has to be paid free of all bank and credit card charges for the recipient! A service fee of 25 EUR will be required for all credit card payments to cover the costs accrued by the credit card company. Bank charges may result when transferring payments overseas to Europe, which must be paid independently by the participant. Please be aware that any possible transaction fees charged by your bank or/and our bank must be covered by the payer. If any bank charges are not paid by the participant, he/she will be asked to pay the missing amount during the program in Vienna. 

Your place in the ISU^WU program is only guaranteed once we receive your payment. If two weeks have passed and neither payment nor a confirmation of transfer has reached WU, the place on the program will be offered to other interested applicants.

Confirmation Mail

All participants will be informed by email once their fee has reached the university's bank account. Please note that international bank transfers may take up to 2 weeks and credit card payment procedures may take up to 8 weeks.
