Fees
Depending on the student status and academic level of the accepted applicant different fee schemes apply. Fees are subject to change.
Undergraduate fees
Accommodation is not included in the total fees. To give students the flexibility of choice, students book the accommodation on their own. WU provides accommodation suggestions but students are not bound to these options.

*Exchange students: Students who come from an official WU partner university and are nominated by the WU partner university as part of the general exchange agreement. Tuition is waived for nominated exchange students.
**Non-exchange students from WU partner universities: Tuition is reduced for not nominated students from a WU partner university.
Nomination procedure for exchange students:
If your home university is a WU partner university, you can be officially nominated by your home university by March 15, 2023 as an exchange or non-exchange student. The responsible coordinators of WU partner universities are asked to contact isuwu@wu.ac.at to receive the nomination form.

Cancellation fees
If students cancel their participation until June 4, 2023, the International Office reserves the right to withhold a service fee of € 250.
If students cancel their participation after June 4, 2023 the International Office will not refund any portion of the participation fee.
Please also note that the recipient will be responsible for paying any transfer fees that may arise from a cancellation and subsequent request for a refund.
Please note that the cancellation terms of the accommodation provider should be considered separately.
Services
The total fee covers the following services
Courses:
- Business courses with an international perspective
- Course materials
- Company visits and expert talks
- WiFi on campus
- Internet access on campus, use of WU's library, PC-rooms, eLearning services, and language resource center
- Grade certificate
Transport/meals:
- Coffee and lunch (Monday through Friday on lecture days)
- Public transportation ticket within Vienna for the whole duration of the session
Cultural and social events:
- Opening and closing ceremony
- International cultural evening
- Opportunities for intercultural exchange through the social and cultural program
- Support of the ISUWU team
Please note that accommodation is not included in the total fees. WU provides accommodation suggestions but students are not bound to these options.
Payment Methods
Selected applicants will receive an acceptance letter via email with detailed information about the applicable total fee and the payment process. There are two payment options:
via bank transfer
The total fee can be paid via bank transfer to WU's bank account within two weeks of receiving the acceptance email (all information on this option can be found in the acceptance email). Due to safety reasons (online data piracy), WU recommends this payment form.
via credit card
The total fee can also be paid via credit card. Students will receive the payment link in the acceptance email. WU accepts credit card payments from card-holders of the following credit card companies: Master Card, VISA, Diners Club and American Express. Please be aware that submitting personal and credit card data online is on your own risk – possible risk factors: data transfer, data loss, piracy.
