A) General housing information
The program fee includes accommodation in a student residence hall off-campus (single room in shared private apartment). Should you prefer to book your own accommodation please inform the ISUWU program manager until May 18, 2020 at the latest. In this case the fee will be reduced by 495 EUR (the reduction can vary for 2020).
Like most Austrian universities, WU does not administer any student dorms or housing facilities. We do, however, arrange accommodation for all ISUWU participants in off-campus student residence halls through a partnership with the OeAD, for the duration of the ISUWU program.
Please note that WU is unable to make special housing arrangements for non-participants of the ISUWU. Students who would like to bring guests are recommended to invite their guests to visit after the program ends. Students who would like to arrive a few days earlier or those who would like to extend their stay should contact the program manager in order to find an appropriate solution.
If students wish to share a room with a specific participant of the program they are asked to send a request to the program coordinator by April 30, 2020.
All students will be notified about their room number via email in June 2020 once the OEAD housing office has finalized the house and room allocations.
