Giuseppe is a tax lawyer and comes from Italy. He is currently a student in the LLM programme in international tax law at the WU Institute of Austrian and International Tax Law and will join the Institute as a DIBT student in September. Giuseppe was first an associate and then a counsel in the tax department of the international tax and law firm DWF LLP UK. Giuseppe has significant experience in providing tax advice to Italian and foreign corporate groups, EU and non-EU funds and financial intermediaries. He also specialises in providing tax advice for structured finance, securitisation, capital markets and M&A in the energy and renewable energy sectors. He has coordinated several EU projects related to reorganisations/acquisitions by EU and non-EU institutional investors. He holds a law degree and a master's degree in tax law and is the author of several publications on international tax law. Giuseppe is passionate about art history and paints as a hobby.
