Meet your Tutors and Student Guide!

• Your tutors are second- and third-year BBE students who will welcome you to WU on your first day and show you around campus.

• Please proceed directly to your tutor for registration on both September 21 and September 22, 2026 in the Forum of Building LC (ground floor).

• Each tutor will look after around 30 students. To find your assigned tutor, simply locate your name in the alphabetical list and identify the corresponding tutor.

Heyy everyone! I’m Milana, and I’m so happy to welcome you to the BBE program at WU! Looking back at my own Welcome Days as a second-year student now, I remember exactly how it feels to be in your shoes. Over the past year, I’ve not only gotten used to the study system (trust me, it gets easier!) but I’ve also met so many incredible international friends from all over the world. I joined student clubs, explored every opportunity I could find, and fell in love with student life here. My advice? Use the Welcome Days to ask all the questions—I know I had a million! Hi everyone! My name is Kira, and I’m a third-semester BBE student at WU. I’m originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, and I’m really excited to welcome you to the BBE community! Starting university in a new country can be both exciting and a little overwhelming, so I know how important it is to have someone you can ask for advice. Over the past year, I’ve learned a lot about studying at WU, student life in Vienna, and how to make the most of all the opportunities the university offers.

Besides studying, I’m passionate about meeting new people, volunteering, traveling, and helping students as an English and Economics tutor and mentor. One of my favourite things about BBE is how international and diverse it is - you get to meet people from all over the world and build friendships that last far beyond university.
