The Role of Dynamic Customer Feedback Information in Customer Churn Prediction
Alex had the honor to present on the Marketing Dynamics 2024 conference at the Northeastern University in Boston. With his research they explore and attempt to demonstrate the existence and effect of latent information in customers short texts that are reflecting their attitudes and satisfaction with the service on a regular basis. The results are promising, but there is still much to be considered. Alex gained invaluable feedback at the conference.
