In the latest Seminar of our Digital Marketing specialization, we were pleased to welcome back the team from Porsche Bank AG to discuss how a traditional industry like insurance is being completely transformed by data and smart technology.

The session focused on the evolution of the Smart Driver application, which is a prime example of how telematic insurance can go beyond risk assessment to drive customer loyalty. By using an in-app rewards system, Porsche Bank incentivizes safer driving while building a much stronger connection with their users.

A significant portion of the talk was dedicated to the mechanics of Marketing Automation. The speakers talked about how they leverage user segmentation and multi-channel messaging to deliver personalized, automated campaigns that reach the right user at the right moment.

Finally, we discussed how Porsche Bank is applying a sentiment-driven strategy by measuring satisfaction through social monitoring and text analysis of customer interactions. By integrating these insights into prediction models, they are moving toward a proactive rather than reactive customer experience.
