A Customer Analysis is the collection and dissemination of market intelligence about who our customers are and their needs. A customer analysis includes both quantitative data (demographics, satisfaction metrics, competitive ratings, etc.) and qualitative (customer profile, behavior patterns, focus group results, etc.). A Customer Analysis is a critical element of Strategic Planning, BPR, and TQM.
