Workshop 1

Kick-off & Get to know each other: Review – Perspectives – Visions. (Part 1)

Goals of Workshop 1
  • You will get to know the other participants.

  • You will define the “ground rules” for future collaboration.

  • You will formulate your intentions and expectations for the program and the group.

  • You will gain clarity about the various roles you hold - both professionally and personally - and identify potential synergies as well as possible areas of conflict that may arise from them.

  • You will have a clearer sense of your own professional identity and become more aware of your personal strengths, enabling to apply them more effectively in a professional context.

  • You will be able to identify areas for personal growth create a concrete vision of how to approach change and development processes.

Content

“Who are we as a group?” - An in-depth introduction phase: sharing your personal background, motivations for participating, and expectations for the program.

“What do we need to be able to work well together?” - Establishing mutual understanding and collaboration principles.

Positioning / Self-Reflection Assessing where you are / self-reflection:

  • Where do I come from? - Where am I now? - Where do I want to go?

  • Recognizing personal strengths, areas for development, and potential.

  • Giving and receiving feedback.

  • Reflecting on your biographical career factors and making them useful for your professional journey.

  • Exploring the roles you occupy – and how they influence your actions and decisions.

Dr. Liselotte Zvacek

Since 1998, she has been an independent organizational consultant, management trainer, and coach for commercial enterprises, non-profit organizations, and public administration institutions in Austria and abroad. Her work focuses on organizational development, team and departmental development, training, and coaching.
Liselotte Zvacek is also a member of the faculty of trainers at the Hernstein Institute for Management and Leadership, a teaching trainer at the Austrian Society for Group Dynamics and Organizational Consulting, a member of NTL (USA), and a facilitator at Stanford University Graduate School of Business (USA).
