WU Onboarding Program
The term “onboarding” refers to the hiring and integration phase at the beginning of a new employee’s job in an organization. A compact, flexible onboarding system is available to all new WU employees, consisting of a variety of components among which employees can pick and choose, like in a cafeteria (i.e. employees are free to choose all, some, or only one of the available components), allowing them to put together their own customized onboarding program.
