Limited SSC opening hours
For certain urgent cases, the SSC is open again but only to a limited extent. Only the following units (and services) are available on the days mentioned:
Study Regulations & Credit Transfer (official notifications, need-based scholarship grants): Mon, 09:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon)
Admissions (admission/re-registration during the extended admission/re-registration period, student IDs, leave of absence): Wed, 09:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon)
Doctoral Office: by appointment only
Please follow these guidelines when visiting the SSC:
To enter the LC Building, you must wear a mask covering your mouth and nose, and show us your student ID. You must wear your mask throughout your stay in the building.
The elevator may only be used by people in wheelchairs or with a comparable handicap. If this does not apply to you, please walk to the 2nd floor.
Please disinfect your hands before entering the SSC. The disinfectant dispenser is located next to the entrance to the SSC.
A maximum of one student per open counter is allowed in the SSC. Additional students must wait outside.
Please follow the signs and floor markings for social distancing.
Please do not leave the SSC through the main entrance, but through the side entrance at the far right. Then take the stairs next to the Club Room to leave the building.

The Study Service Center (SSC) is the central contact point for students and potential students on Campus WU. It is located in the Library & Learning Center (LC, 2nd Upper Level).
