To visit the Study Service Center, please make an appointment beforehand (exception: Admissions). For details, refer to the information below.

SSC Opening Hours
Due to COVID-19 safety measures, you can only visit the Study Service Center if you make an appointment beforehand (exception: Admissions). Please make an appointment with the relevant service unit and follow our current safety guidelines:

We are happy to assist you by email or in person at the Study Service Center:
until July 7, 2021: on Wednesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 03:00 pm to 05:00 pm (no appointment necessary).
From July 12 to end of September 2021: Mo and Wed 09:00 am-12:00 pm and 01:30-05:00 pm; Thur 09:00 am - 12:00 pm (appointment necessary only for admission to your studies)

Please follow these guidelines when visiting the SSC:
You need an appointment to visit the Study Service Center.
To enter the LC Building, you need a valid negative COVID-19 test result or a vaccination. Learn more about what kinds of proof we accept.
To enter the LC Building, you must also wear an FFP2 mask (without a valve) covering your mouth and nose (or a mask of certified comparable quality). You must wear your mask throughout your stay in the building. Exception: If you cannot wear an FFP2 mask for health reasons or because you are pregnant, please wear a regular mask tightly covering your mouth and nose.
The elevator may only be used by people in wheelchairs or with a comparable handicap. If this does not apply to you, please walk to the 2nd floor.
Please disinfect your hands before entering the SSC. The disinfectant dispenser is located next to the entrance to the SSC.
A maximum of one student per open counter is allowed in the SSC. Additional students must wait outside.
Please follow the signs and floor markings for social distancing (1 meter).
Please do not leave the SSC through the main entrance, but through the side entrance at the far right. Then take the stairs next to the Club Room to leave the building.

The Study Service Center (SSC) is the central contact point for students and potential students on Campus WU. It is located in the Library & Learning Center (LC, 2nd floor).
