Limited SSC Opening Hours
Due to COVID-19 safety measures, we currently have limited opening hours.
Until September 30, 2020: Only the following units (and services) are available on the days mentioned:
Study Regulations & Credit Transfer (official notifications, individual studies): Mon, 09:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon); for credit transfers, please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
Examinations Office (graduation documents): Tue 09:00 am - 12:00 (noon) and 02:00 pm - 05:00 pm, by appointment only; for more information, please click here (bachelor's students) or here (master's students).
Admissions (admission/re-registration, student IDs, leave of absence): Wed and Thu, 09:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon) and 01:30 pm - 05:00 pm; Fri 09:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon) and 01:30 pm - 03:00 pm by appointment only.

Please follow these guidelines when visiting the SSC:
Effective September 14, 2020 wearing a mask covering your mouth and nose is again mandatory in all WU buidings.
Please disinfect your hands before entering the SSC. The disinfectant dispenser is located next to the entrance to the SSC.
Please follow the social distancing rules - watch out for the signs and floor markings.
A maximum of one person per open counter is allowed in the SSC. Additional students must wait outside.
Please do not leave the SSC through the main entrance, but through the side entrance at the far right. Then take the stairs next to the Club Room to leave the building.
