To visit the Study Service Center, please make an appointment beforehand. For details, refer to the information below.
We are happy to help you online! Please send us an e-mail to obtain information or advice, using your WU e-mail account rather than your private one, if you are a WU student (for reasons of data security). You will find our e-mail addresses in the list below.

SSC Opening Hours
Due to COVID-19 safety measures, you can only visit the Study Service Center if you make an appointment beforehand. Please make an appointment with the relevant service unit:

Admissions (admission/re-registration, student IDs, leave of absence):
We provide all admissions services by email (except: first-time admission and enrollment). Please send us an email from your WU account instead of coming to the SSC in person: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
If you are a prospective student and have not previously studied at WU, please make an appointment for first-time admission and enrollment. You can do so using your pre-registration account.
Study Information (general support and information, welcome packages for new Bachelor's students, picking up your lost student ID or Social Skills certificate upon notification): Please make an appointment by e-mail (email@example.com) writing "Appointment request" in the subject line.

Please follow these guidelines when visiting the SSC:
You need an appointment to visit the Study Service Center.
To enter the LC Building, you must wear an FFP2 mask (without a valve) covering your mouth and nose (or a mask of even higher quality). You must wear your mask throughout your stay in the building.
The elevator may only be used by people in wheelchairs or with a comparable handicap. If this does not apply to you, please walk to the 2nd floor.
Please disinfect your hands before entering the SSC. The disinfectant dispenser is located next to the entrance to the SSC.
A maximum of one student per open counter is allowed in the SSC. Additional students must wait outside.
Please follow the signs and floor markings for social distancing (2 meters).
Please do not leave the SSC through the main entrance, but through the side entrance at the far right. Then take the stairs next to the Club Room to leave the building.

The Study Service Center (SSC) is the central contact point for students and potential students on Campus WU. It is located in the Library & Learning Center (LC, 2nd floor).
