With each case study the team wants to give the understanding of how to take on new projects from both, the technical viewpoint but also from the side of project management. The focus will be put on the second part as they will talk about how to structure a problem, what chal lenges (besides the technical ones) occurred during the project phases and how the target was achieved.

The cases studies therefore cover the following topics: Pipeline management, Pricing, Order Management, Sales and Operations planning, Purchasing, Capac ity Planning, Plant Layout & Warehouse and Transport Management. Depending on the groups interests the team can focus on topics requested by the audience.
