Step 1 

Please accept the offer within seven days and pay the deposit (€ 200).

Step 2

Only after you have completed step 1, you can complete step 2 within the admission period:

Graduation from WU:

Send an email from your WU account (or from a private email address with a copy of your ID) to master.zulassung@wu.ac.at requesting admission. 

New to WU:

Please make an appointment via the online pre-registration tool and submit the following original documents (stamped and signed or with a verifiable digital signature) and copies to the Study Service Center. 

  • Degree certificate/diploma 

  • Final Transcript

  • Diploma Supplement

  • In case of a change of name: official notification/certificate (e.g. marriage certificate, official notification of change of name)

  • Valid passport

  • German language skills

  • Proof of an existing Austrian student ID number (student ID card, enrollment information sheet [Studienblatt] or enrollment confirmation)

Returning to WU: 

You do not need an appointment. Submit your documents (see above) to the Admissions Office at the Study Service Center. Please also bring your WU student ID card with you.
