Step 1 

Please accept the offer within seven days and pay the deposit (€ 200).

Step 2

Only after you have completed step 1, you can complete step 2 within the admission period:

New to WU:

We will inform you whether you can book an appointment via the online pre-registration tool or whether you must first send us the documents by mail.

In both cases, the following original documents (stamped and signed or with a verifiable digital signature) and copies are required. 

• Degree certificate/diploma 

• Transcript

• Diploma Supplement

• Translated and legalized documents (if required)

• Passport

• German certificate

• if relevant and required: proof that the ordinance governing admission of certain groups of potential students (Personengruppenverordnung) applies to you

• In case of a change of name: official notification/certificate (e.g. marriage certificate, official notification of change of name)

Returning to WU: 

You do not need an appointment. Submit your documents (see above) to the Admissions Office at the Study Service Center. Please also bring your WU student ID card with you.
