Troubleshooting
What happens when Horizon has closed?
If Horizon has been closed due to an error or unintentional closing, you have 15 minutes to get back in. Otherwise, the files saved locally up to that point will be deleted.
I can't access Horizon!
If you use a centrally managed device (work device) or use the Wi-Fi eduroam via the login data of another university, you must use WU's VPN access. Here you can find information to VPN.
