Team Members

International Office Leadership Team

In close coordination with the Dean for International Affairs and WU's rectorship, the International Office leadership team is responsible for the development of international partnerships and programs. Furthermore, the leadership team guides the International Office teams and members in the performance of their tasks.

Team General Consultation and Communication

The team General Consultation and Communication advises incoming students as well as WU students on basic topics related to international exchange. The team's responsibilities include communication of exchange programs and services of the International Office, the administration of the website as well as group advisory meetings and workshops.

Team Outgoing Exchange and Partnerships

The team Outgoing Exchange and Partnerships supports and advises WU students who are seeking an international study experience. In addition, the team is responsible for the cooperation and contact we maintain with our partner institutions worldwide.

Team Incoming Exchange

The Incoming Exchange Team is responsible for the planning of international courses at WU. The team also coordinates the administration and support of international exchange students and guest lecturers. Moreover, the team is responsible for online initiatives such as ECOL and ENGAGE.EU.

Team International Short Programs

The International Short Programs Team is responsible for planning and implementing international short study programs and summer universities. In addition, the ISP Team advises students interested in international short programs. The ISP team is responsible for programs at WU as well as abroad.

Team Program Management Erasmus+, Grants and Staff Mobility

The team supports students and university staff regarding financial support for their mobility activities abroad. Additionally, the responsibility for the management of Erasmus+ funding projects is located in this team.
