Student Well-Being Days | Rest & Recovery

Student Wellbeing Halbtag

On April 8-9, 2024, the WU Student Counselling team will host its first Student Well-Being Days. Mental health, emotional balance and physical well-being are different aspects that can be summarized under the term well-being. They form the basis for a good life. For students, there are plenty of stress factors and topics that influence personal well-being and thus also success at university.

This event is an opportunity for students to join workshops that support them in building their well-being competencies for university and life.

Day 2 | Focus Rest & Recovery

The focus of this morning is on the ability to rest & recover. It is important to respect your individual rhythm for doing/being, sleep/awakeness, giving/receiving. Finding the right balance is vital to be able to take in learning material as much as being able to digest experiences. Integration is key to be able to become/stay/be optimistic and find healthy ways to manage your energies without burning out.

You can register for each workshop individually. Please click on the respective link for more details and registration.
