Do you always have to work hard to earn success? Is it normal to only treat your self to something nice after having exhausted yourself? - These are important questions whose individual answers and your respective behavior and thought patterns fundamentally influence your level of performance, ability to rest and contentment.

In this mini workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore these questions in connection to muscle strength and breathing with Daniela from the Student Counselling Team.
