Finding rest in movement

Rest&Recovery
Ana Bernardes

In this workshop, we explore the connection between movement and stillness in relation to rest.

You can gather direct experience through embodiment exercises (inspired by Social Presencing Theater and Embodiment Coaching) of self-regulation and co-regulation as tools for rest and recovery.

Ana Bernardes holds a degree in psychology and trained in Holistic Dance and Movement Pedagogy, Social Presencing Theater and embodiment. She combines this knowledge with her experience in business consulting, corporate training, event and experience design and game design.

Her path made her a believer that only by bringing more consciousness into organisations we can create a lasting impact in living a purposeful and balanced life, both individually and collectively.
