The WU employee ID card entitles WU employees to discounted products and services at a wide variety of different cooperation partners.

The Administrative Staff Council has set up a virtual bulletin board where all WU employees can post notices about items or services they are looking to buy, sell, or trade.

Free loans of athletic equipment

The Academic Staff Council has a pool of athletic equipment that can be borrowed free of charge during staff lunch breaks. This offer is available to members of the administrative staff, as well.

Sign-up service for USI courses

The Academic and Administrative Staff Councils collect registrations for the USI athletic courses and submit them in one batch to the USI office, guaranteeing WU faculty and staff with an active employment status a place in their selected course or courses (early-bird benefits).

Sign-up and course information is sent out to faculty and staff by email before the start of the registration period.

Business Run sign-up service

The Administrative Staff Council organizes the registration for members of the administrative staff who want to participate in the Business Run event.
