Student Well-Being Days | Life Skills

Student Wellbeing Halbtag

On April 8-9, 2024, the WU Student Counselling team will host its first Student Well-Being Days. Mental health, emotional balance and physical well-being are different aspects that can be summarized under the term well-being. They form the basis for a good life. For students, there are plenty of stress factors and topics that influence personal well-being and thus also success at university.

This event is an opportunity for students to join workshops that support them in building their well-being competencies for university and life.

Day 1 | Focus Life Skills

The focus this morning is on life skills. These include stress management, attention management and emotional self-management. These essential skills help you to stay calm in stressful situations, focus on the essentials and use your emotional compass effectively.

You can register for each of the workshops individually. Click on the respective link for details and registration.
