Stress regulation and resilience are becoming more and moreimportant given the increasing demands of daily life. Through conscious breathing and the Wim Hof Method, you can not only learn to better deal with stress and challenges in our professional and personal lives, the combination of breathwork, cold exposure and mindset exercises generally has a positive effect on your holistic well-being.

KristaGilda Kerner has been supporting people in one-to-one work and groups with integrative breathwork and shamanic methods for 20 years.
Since January 2022, she is a certified Wim Hof instructor. For her, the power of the breath, the cold and the connection to nature are the most important resources for a happy, healthy and powerful life.
