Fees, Services, and Payment

*Applies to students nominated by a WU partner university as part of the general exchange agreement. Tuition is waived for nominated exchange students, they pay the program fee only.

**Applies to students from WU partner universities that are nominated on non-exchange basis or students from partner / network universities (ENGAGE.EU, GBSN, PIM) who apply without prior nomination.

Participation in the ISU WU is also open to students from non-partner universities, if sufficient spots are available. The fee for students from non-partner universities is EUR TBA

Nomination procedure for exchange students:

If your home university is a WU partner university, you can be officially nominated by your home university by March 15, 2027. The responsible coordinators of WU partner universities are asked to contact isuwu@wu.ac.at to receive the nomination form.

Please note that accommodation is not included in the fee. Students are asked to book accommodation on their own. WU provides accommodation suggestions, but students are not bound to these options.

If students cancel their participation until June 1, 2027, the International Office reserves the right to withhold a service fee of € 250.

If students cancel their participation after June 1, 2027, the International Office will not refund any portion of the participation fee.

Please also note that the recipient will be responsible for paying any transfer fees that may arise from a cancellation and subsequent request for a refund.

Please note that the cancellation terms of the accommodation provider should be considered separately.

Courses:

- Business courses with an international perspective

- Course materials

- Internet access on campus, use of WU's library 

- Grade certificate

Transport/meals:

- Coffee and lunch (Monday through Friday on lecture days)

- Public transportation ticket within Vienna for the whole duration of the program

Selected cultural and social events such as:

- Opening and closing event

- Intercultural evening

- Vienna city tour

- Support from the ISU^WU team

You are eligible for this scholarship if you are actively enrolled in business administration or related fields at a WU partner university in emerging countries (i.e. countries with low or lower-middle income, based on data by World Bank). Currently, this applies to WU partner universities in the following countries: Egypt, Ghana, India, Kenya, Morocco, Uganda, and Venezuela. An excellent academic performance (GPA) and active student engagement are prerequisites for the scholarship.

You are eligible for this scholarship if you are actively enrolled in business administration or related fields at a WU partner university in Ukraine. An excellent academic performance (GPA) and active student engagement are prerequisites for the scholarship.
