Notice regarding our opening hours

During the week of January 19 – 23, 2026, the International Office will have adjusted opening hours.
If you have any questions about the additional application period (master exchange) or about the second round of applications (bachelor exchange) we are happy to assist you.

Opening Hours:

• Monday–Wednesday: 10:00am – 12:00 noon and 2:00pm – 4:00pm

• Thursday: Closed in the morning, open from 2:30pm – 4:00pm

• Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

We look forward to your visit and are here to answer your questions!

During opening hours, we are available for personal support.
Meetings outside the above mentioned times are possible upon personal appointment. You can find the International Office on level four (building LC).
