Kinderuni Wirtschaft

July 15 to July 16, 2025 at WU

We’re thrilled that Kinderuni Wirtschaft, in cooperation with the University of Vienna’s Children's Office, will once again be welcoming curious young minds to the WU campus – turning summer break into a time of discovery, excitement, and learning.

This year, we offer the following formats to enable a dialog between kids and researchers:

  • Workshops and lectures at WU, subject to the applicable hygiene requirements.

  • Online contribution for kinderuni.online: You can introduce a new topic or delve deeper into a topic you presented last year. For more information on online contributions, please click here (in German).

You can choose between:

  • Workshops, seminars, and lectures held on campus at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), in accordance with current hygiene regulations.
Age groups: 7–9 years or 10–12 years

  • Online contributions for the kinderuni.online platform

Good to know:
To get inspiration for your own course ideas, you can take a look at previous topics: both on-campus and online formats.

Once again this year, we are offering coaching sessions (in person or via Zoom) to help you with your questions and to facilitate exchange. During these consultation hours, the Kinderuni team will answer your questions regarding KinderuniWien and kinderuni.online.
Access details will be provided after registration via info@kinderuni.at.

Upcoming Dates for 2025

  • May 20: 12:00–13:00 via Zoom

  • June 16: 16:30–19:00 in person

We know that volunteering your time for the Children's University means additional work for you. Thank you for your contribution!
