The Evaluation & Quality Enhancement office is a division of Program Management and Teaching & Learning Support. The unit's responsibilities include:

• Designing, organizing, and developing evaluation and quality assurance instruments (course evaluation, evaluation of academic programs and learning processes)

• Designing and conducting the WU Student Panel Monitoring program (surveys of first-year students, recent graduates, and graduates 3-5 years after finishing their studies)

• Conducting special -purpose studies on specific teaching and learning-related topics (e.g. students’ academic performance, evaluation of the teaching and learning infrastructure)

• Implementing quality management instruments for teachin (e.g. program-specific reporting, program evaluations)

The Evaluation & Quality Enhancement team cooperates closely with in-house and external stakeholders and supports activities aimed at enhancing teaching quality.
