Furniture and setup

If you have booked one of our flexible event rooms, we are available to discuss the appropriate setup and seating layout with you.

To guarantee a smooth and problem-free organization procedure, please make sure to determine the desired event setup and layout no later than two weeks before the start of the event.

If you fail to meet this deadline, you will automatically be assigned the default standard seating layout for the respective room.
