QS World University Rankings by Subject: 37th place for WU

WU takes an excellent 37th place in Business & Management Studies in the current QS World University Rankings by Subject.

In addition to the Business and Management category, WU was also ranked in the following subjects: Accounting & Finance (group 101-150), Economics & Econometrics (group 101-150), Law (group 151-200), and Computer Science & Information Systems (group 401-450).

The annual World University Rankings by Subject issued by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) are among the best-known higher education rankings worldwide, alongside the Times Higher Education (THE) ranking. The QS World University Ranking ranks universities in five general subject areas (Arts and Humanities; Engineering and Technology; Life Sciences and Medicine; Natural Sciences; Social Sciences and Management) and 48 individual subjects.

The university ranking is based on a survey of 95,000 academics and 45,000 employers focusing on reputation, employability of graduates, and publication and citation data taken from analyses of the Elsevier Scopus database.
