360° Feedback Tool for Leaders

Good leadership requires regular reflection. The 360° feedback tool provides targeted feedback from a variety of sources, offering insights beyond everyday feedback situations. It complements existing instruments, such as annual appraisal reviews and university-wide surveys. The feedback focuses on observable leadership behaviour. This gives you a comprehensive overview of your leadership actions, highlighting your strengths and areas for development.
 

How does the process work?

  • You start with an online self-assessment, which takes approximately 15 minutes.

  • You then receive feedback from your employees, leaders and colleagues. This gives you a comprehensive view of your leadership role.

  • The results are discussed in a mandatory evaluation coaching with a certified coach. Optional additional coaching sessions are available for further support.

What should you bear in mind?

  • You should have worked with your team for at least six months.

  • Anonymity requires a team of at least six persons.

  • The tool can be used at any time, ideally in coordination with the annual appraisal review.

Will there be any costs?

WU covers the full cost of the 360° feedback and most of the cost of the evaluation coachings. For evaluation coaching sessions lasting more than two hours (equivalent to three 45-minute sessions), only the standard coaching deductible of € 90 (€30 per unit) applies, payable from the organizational unit's budget
