Trainers

Dr. Liselotte Zvacek

Since 1998, she has been an independent organizational consultant, management trainer, and coach for commercial enterprises, non-profit organizations, and public administration institutions in Austria and abroad. Her work focuses on organizational development, team and departmental development, training, and coaching.

Liselotte Zvacek is also a member of the faculty of trainers at the Hernstein Institute for Management and Leadership, a teaching trainer at the Austrian Society for Group Dynamics and Organizational Consulting, a member of NTL (USA), and a facilitator at Stanford University Graduate School of Business (USA).

Prof. Dr. Uta Bronner

Prof. Dr. Uta Bronner is a psychologist and economist and received her doctorate from the Free University of Berlin. In 2002, she joined Robert Bosch GmbH, where she held various specialist and management positions for over ten years. Most recently, she was head of human resources and organizational development at a subsidiary of the group.

Since 2012, she has been a professor of human resources management in the business psychology program at Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences.

As co-founder of impulsplus (www.impulsplus.com), Uta Bronner has almost 20 years of training and coaching experience. She is a certified coach and consultant for change processes. Her main areas of training are leadership and career planning in academia

Dr. Beate Scholz

Dr. Beate Scholz works internationally as a strategy consultant, trainer, moderator, and coach at universities, research institutions, and scientific organizations.

She has conducted seminars on topics such as the strategic use of research funding at more than 30 locations in Germany and abroad.

Beate Scholz has twelve years of professional experience at the German Research Foundation (DFG). She began there in 1997 as an executive assistant; in 2001, she took over the development and management of the Young Researchers Support Division. She has also gained extensive operational and review experience. In the European context, she has participated in the European Commission's expert group “Benchmarking Human Resources in Research, Technology and Development.” She is a consultant and reviewer for the Irish Graduate Education Programme and the Helmholtz Association of German Research Centres, and a member and moderator of the global expert network “Forces and Forms of Change of Doctoral Education Worldwide.”

Dr. Sylvia Löhken

Dr. Sylvia Löhken is an expert in personality-based communication. She holds a doctorate in linguistics and has many years of management experience, including in Japan. As a certified coach, she supports her clients in developing life and work strategies. Sylvia Löhken is a sought-after speaker in Germany and abroad and the author of several books on introversion and extroversion, which have been translated into 30 languages worldwide. Her work has been featured in Handelsblatt, Wirtschaftswoche, Die Zeit, and Der Spiegel, among others.
