• Program duration: Eight semesters in total (240 ECTS credits):
  Semesters one to five at WU, semesters six and seven at QUT, semester eight at WU

• Financial support: Please refer to this website for further information. You are eligible for a WU mobility grant, which will be disbursed at seven times the monthly rate (subject to change).

  You must select one of the following eight majors at QUT: Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Behavioral Economics, or Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

• Prerequisites: Before beginning your studies abroad, you need to fulfill the WU courses and prerequisites as outlined in this document for your chosen major.

• Application and requirements: Possible once per year, that is in the winter semester. The exchange stay at QUT starts three semesters later. Please refer to this section for application details. Additionally, you need to indicate your choice of QUT major in your personal assessment form. Refer to the information sheet of the university available in the world map to check all application requirements.

• Prerequisites: Before beginning your studies abroad, it is essential to complete the required prerequisite courses at WU Vienna as outlined in this document.

• Application and requirements: Possible once per year, that is in the winter semester. The exchange stay at CPSBE starts two semesters later. Please refer to this section for application details. Refer to the information sheet of the university available in the world map to check all application requirements.

• Application for a double degree program is only possible in winter semester and during the main bachelor exchange application period.

• The available double degree spots will be published in the list of available exchange places, which you can access on this website.

• When applying, you may either select only a double degree program as your preference or combine double degree programs with regular exchange semester places.

• As soon as you have completed 36 ECTS credits (excluding "Free Electives"), you can apply for an exchange semester.

• BBE: As of summer semester 2027, BBE students must have completed "Quantitative Methods I" successfully in order to apply for an exchange program.

• BAWISO 2023 (IBW): You must be enrolled in Foreign Business Language Communication I during the semester in which you apply for the double degree program

• You can check online to see if you fulfill the application requirements.

• The application process for a double degree is identical to the process of applying for an exchange semester.

• If you would like to apply for a double degree program, please proceed to the application section on this website.

• You do not need to have your courses pre-checked for recognition with the Study Service Center before going abroad.

• After completion of your stay abroad, make sure your transcript is sent to your WU coordinator at the International Office.

• You will receive a final grade based on your grade average (weighted according to the ECTS credits earned). The grade will be included in your WU transcript under the subject “Double Degree Studies”.

• You do not have to apply for credit transfer with the Study Service Center. The International Office will enter your grade into WU's data system.
