Redefining Success

Being Successful
Ana Bernardes

When I talk about “success," do I just talk about my own career? Is there more to “being successful” than good grades or fancy jobs on my personal CV?

In this session, we question “success” as a subjective, merely individual phenomenon. We will look at success from a systemic perspective using embodiment tools  and gather direct experience of the potential of switching from an ego driven into an ecological perspective of success.

Ana Bernardes holds a degree in psychology and trained in Holistic Dance and Movement Pedagogy, Social Presencing Theater and Embodiment. She combines this knowledge with her experience in business consulting, corporate training, event and experience design and game design. Her path made her a believer that only by bringing more consciousness into organisations we can create a lasting impact in living a purposeful and balanced life, both individually and collectively.
