Student Wellbeing Group

The Student Counselling Team offers a variety of activities that can support you in strengthening your resources and dealing with problems creatively and constructively.

We offer peer groups, workshops & interactive talks on relevant subjects that may be helpful in your daily life as a student. These include:

  • A healthy approach to stress
  • Motivation & Focus
  • Emotional self-management
  • Importance of rest & recovery
  • Learning strategies
  • Time management, dealing with pressure
