Being Human – What does that mean in the age of AI?  Why is it so essential to do your own thinking, feeling and sensing? In short: it’s vital to successfully learn at universit. It’s also crucial tob e able to create a good life for yourself and the world around you. In this three-part workshop series, we’ll explore together what being human means today.

Where is the boundary between positive and negative stress? How does (chronic) stress affect your ability to think and learn? Why does the body produce this extra energy in the first place? This workshop helps understand and experience stress as a productive energy.

In this in-person workshop, you will have the opportunity to dedicate 2 ½ hours to yourself and how you can use stress in a healthy and sustainable way.

Skills & Goals
  • Analysis: Identifying when you notice your reaction to stress.
  • Leadership presence model as a status-quo analysis tool for understanding how and what triggers your stress reaction.
  • Embodied practices – for different contexts – to stay calm and relaxed in stressful situations
