My Path to Success

Being Successful

Daring to find my own path. A panel conversation.

Podium

Are top grades essential for having a career? Is it also a question of "success" versus "failure" after graduation? Is the career ladder a straight road or can I follow my unique - maybe meanering - path?

Life stories are colorful and diverse. There is no universal rule "achievement" - not even for employers and big corporate names.

For this panel conversation, we invite senior experts in their fields and they share openly how their career paths unfolded. In the first part, they will share important moments and insights from their professional lives. The second half of the session, there will be dialogue in smaller groups with the participants. You can share experiences, successes, questions and doubts. This is a space for sharing your unique path.

Panel guests include:

  • Margarethe Rammerstorfer (WU Vice Rector for Academic Programs and Student Affairs)

  • Ursula Axmann (Managing Director of WU's Career Center ZBP)

  • Katharina Norden (founder, coach and mentor)

The session is facilitated by Sarah Kohlmaier.
