Skills Lab | Clearing your headspace

The Skills Lab is a space for one-hour embodiment trainings where you learn practical and body-based exercises that help you hone your Meta Skills to increase your sense of agency in challenging life and study contexts.

ContextHaving a quiet mind is generally a good thing: when life is good, you can enjoy it more when there’s no unnecessary self-talk. If you want to engage in knowledge work, you also need headspace to be able to concentrate on the task at hand.This Skills Lab is an opportunity to learn short and effective embodied practices that support silence and calmness of mind.

  • Embodied practices that support a quiet mind.
  • Experience the connection between eye (patterns) and thinking and their influence on a calm mind through body-based exercises.
  • Letting go of effort in the eyes to foster silence.
