Being Human #2 | Why emotions matter

[Translate to English:] Being Human #2

Being Human – What does that mean in the age of AI?  Why is it so essential to do your own thinking, feeling and sensing? In short: it’s vital to successfully learn at university. It’s also crucial to be able to create a good life for yourself and the world around you. In this three-part workshop series, we’ll explore together what being human means today.

We quickly and easily judge emotions as good or bad: Joy – great, gimme more! Anger – we like to push down and ignore. Judging our emotions does, however, hardly help us using our feelings for agency and self-empowerment.

In this in-person workshop, you will have the opportunity to dedicate 2 ½ hours of your time better understand your emotions.
