Over the coming months, each of the six key messages will be explored in a dedicated two‑hour session facilitated by the experienced trainer, Barbara Riedenbauer. These sessions offer the opportunity to engage deeply with each message and reflect on its relevance for your everyday leadership practice. Through active exchange with fellow leaders, you will develop concrete ideas for implementation and contribute to translating the key messages into individual leadership actions.

All sessions in this series will be held in German. In recent semesters, demand for our English‑language offerings has been low. Therefore, these sessions will only be available in German. However, if you are interested in one or more of the topics, please do not hesitate to reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
