Maximilian Zieser, PhD
Maximilian studied psychology at the University of Vienna, where he focused on economic psychology. Following his graduation in 2015, Maximilian worked for the Austrian Ministry of Finance. In September 2016, Maximilian started his studies in the DIBT program at WU. In October 2019, he joined the Business Taxation Group at WU as a research associate. In his dissertation, Maximilian investigated novel, cooperative approaches to tax auditing and the role of trust and power from the perspective of businesses and tax auditors. He successfully defended his dissertation on 25.01.2021.
