European neighboring countries - in (North) Africa, the Middle East, the Black Sea region or the "Stan"-countries in Central Asia - are predicted to show high growth potential. However, they are currently threatened and destabilized by political crises and instabilities. In addition to political and social imbalances, investment is lacking to boost potential innovations and entrepreneurship, and hence economic growth.

The Policy Crossover Center: Vienna - Europe welcomes any (student) contributions conducive to renewed European Neighborhood policies and participatory approaches to promote investment-, cultural- and educational programs.
