Short programs at partner universities with nomination

  • Based on an agreement between WU and partner universities, several short programs offer a specific number of spots specifically reserved for WU students.

  • For these short programs, students can be nominated by WU depending on the outcome of their application.

  • If you would like to be considered for these short programs, you must apply via WU during the regular ISP application period for WU students. Applications for 2026 are possible between March 5 and March 12. More information on the application process can be found here.

  • If you are selected to participate in the program, you will be nominated to the partner university, which will provide further instructions for application, fee payment, course registration, and any additional requirements and information.

  • Program fees may apply.

  • There are no WU mobility grants available for these programs.

  • When applying for these programs, please ensure that they do not conflict with your semester and exam schedule.

  • Please make sure you are aware of the relevant requirements for transferring credits from short programs, including using a short program as part of the IBW International Experience. More information can be found here.

  • An overview of the programs with nomination offered in 2026 can be found below.
