marketmind Best Master Thesis Award 2019
For the sixth time, the marketmind Best Master Thesis Award was given to the best theses of the WU Marketing Master program. Sponsored by the Austrian company marketmind, the award honors the efforts taken by Marketing Master students to develop state-of-the-art insights and innovations in the field of marketing. As part of the kick-off event the new cohort voted for the best master thesis presented by nominated students.
This year's winner is Natalia Granada with her thesis “Homogenization or Diversification of Music Preferences? The Effects of Streaming Services on Music Consumption Behaviour”. The runner-ups were Mario Berger with "Ugly fruits and vegetables: What’s in it for the retailer?", and Maximilian Müller with “Be Stupid - Get Creative". The winner received 1.000 € and the two runner-ups 400 € each.
