For a long time, it was assumed that we are born with strengths and abilities and that talent is innate. In this workshop, we will chalenge this assumption and explore why a healthy failure culture can boost performance and resilience. We will learn what the word "yet" has to do with growth mindset and how it will change the way you deal with challenging situations in the future, both privately and professionally. True to Henry Ford's motto: "Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right."

After completing a degree at WU, Sarah Wagner pursued a Master's degree in Work & Organizational Psychology and completed a leadership program with Teach for Austria. She is passionate aobut psychological & physical well-being. She works independently as a life coach (LSB), yoga teacher and offers support for FLINTA*s.
