Student Well-Being Days | Study Skills

Student Wellbeing Halbtag

On April 8-9, 2024, the WU Student Counselling team will host its first Student Well-Being Days. Mental health, emotional balance and physical well-being are different aspects that can be summarized under the term well-being. They form the basis for a good life. For students, there are plenty of stress factors and topics that influence personal well-being and thus also success at university.

This event is an opportunity for students to join workshops that support them in building their well-being competencies for university and life.

Day 1 | Focus Study Skills

The focus of the afternoon sessions is on study skills. Which competencies can you strengthen to learn more effectively, to have better time management, get into writing flow, or finding motivation for writing your bachelor's thesis. These subjects will be covered in the sessions you will find below.

You can register for each of the workshops individually. Click on the respective link for details and registration.
