Project presentation at Interspar

This semester in our course Retail Marketing Consulting we carried out a project for Interspar on "One-Stop Shopping in Hypermarkets". After a briefing by Johannes Holzleitner and Johannes Michael our students first carried out desk research and then developed the following research design: In a diary study, we recorded and evaluated 3513 completed activities for the period of one week, as well as activities that consumers did not have enough time for during the week of the study. We also investigated for which activities they would have needed help and which services a hyper market could offer to facilitate consumers’ daily duties.

Now we were invited to present and discuss the results at the Spar headquarters in Salzburg. The trip to Salzburg was a great way to end an exciting project semester.
