Individual Study Program

Attention

Please note that the cooperation with University of Vienna, Sinology, will end in the summer semester 2025. We strongly recommend to complete the 55 ECTS in Sinology as soon as possible.

General

  • You can combine subjects from different bachelor's or master's programs to create your own bachelor's program.

  • To be admitted to an individualized study program, you must submit an application to WU if the focus of the planned program lies here.

  • The individualized study program must achieve a unique educational goal that is not already offered as a regular degree program in Austria.

  • Explain in your application why the educational goal cannot be achieved through a regular degree program.

  • Upon completion of an individualized study program, you will receive the academic degree "Bachelor" (BA).
