The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you learn practical and body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities to increase your sense of agency in challenging life and study contexts.

ContextCentered listening is the ability to stay centered and in "deep listening" without being triggered by another person and drawn into a discussion or argument. Centered Listening is a practice that allows you to remain in dialog and open even in challenging situations to foster mutual understanding and collaboration.
Skills & Goals
  • Analyzing a situation from your everyday life where Centered Listening would be helpful
  • Observing the relationship of your posture and its influence on your listening skills
  • Centering as a basic practice to enable Centered and Deep listening
