CONTEXT
As a student you are meeting external and internal pressures to successfully complete your degree. And in a time where technology and social media seems omnipresent, is not always easy to get off the sofa or off social media to consciously focus.

In this talk, complex innovation consultant, uncertainty explorer and neurodiversity advocate Matthew Bellringer will address a wide range of aspects that are important to consider if you want to find your unique motivation to focus on what matters.
